Terms and Conditions for Dysmorphology App

Grant: The University of Queensland grants the User a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software Dysmorphology App in accordance with these terms of agreement.

Conditions of Use: The license granted is limited to the purpose of research only and is currently not available for use in clinical practice.

Users may not modify, copy, or distribute the software.

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

The software Dysmorphology App is the intellectual property of The University of Queensland and users are not permitted to copy or distribute any contents, logos, or visual media.

Term & Termination: This license agreement is effective for 3 months after the creation of the license key.

The University of Queensland retains the right to terminate the User license at any time, for any reason.

Warranty Disclaimer: This software is provided 'as is' and without expressed or implied warranty. The University of Queensland disclaims any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
